In this insightful interview, Pam Salem and Linda Pucci discuss how Linda’s path began with equine assisted psychotherapy training and evolved into a solution-focused, transformational coaching approach which allows clients to address the release of negative emotional blocks and past trauma. Drawing on her career as a Ph.D. psychologist, Linda worked for three decades doing individual and group psychotherapy, supervision, running a private mental health/alcohol and drug treatment clinic in Wisconsin, and building private group practices in Wisconsin and Tennessee. She continually expanded her professional toolbox in order to help clients achieve more rapid, lasting change, eventually including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). As founder of the Inner Resource Center, she continues to leverage her diverse background, providing specialized consulting, coaching, and training to individuals and corporate groups. Her journey highlights a deep dedication to evolving her equine assisted practice by exploring the profound impact the horse-human connection has on organizational management and personal development. Linda co-founded the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) and the EAL Academy, as well as developing several training curricula in equine assisted learning.
